• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Customized or final-sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

• We will arrange for return pickup (if applicable) or provide further instructions.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only in cash at the time of pickup or through store credit.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
